Is this difficult to be Healthy/fit????

Everyone wants to be healthy,fit,free from medicines and all, and ya there are so many ways to become healthy and fit..


Its really not difficult.


After reading lots of blogs/books/videos on "lose weight" and "Be Healthy" I came to following conclusion:


There are only few things which u need to do on regular basis:


what to DO?


1.Eat all types of vegetables


2.Drink more and more water


3.Do Exercise for at least 15-20 mins everyday


4.Jogging or walk at least half an hour per day


5.and always Be Happy!!!!!


What to avoid?


1.Use very less amount of salt in your meal


2.Eat less oily food


3.Don't eat more spicy food


4.Avoid soda drink or cold drink as much as possible.


5.Don't take stress for anything.
