Hi Guys, Its me again with a wierd thought this time..Do plunge in your ideas for this post as well.
One fine morning over a cup of nice warm ginger tea, this thought came into my head. Have we ever pondered how locked we have been in our lives without being in the jail? We roam around in the market, but we hold tight to out purse, wallet, hand bag so that noone snatches our valuables. We park the car we lock it, we go into the house we lock the door, we take bath we lock the bathroom and so on and so forth.
Interestingly we open a gmail, yahoo, hotmail, orkut, facebook, linkedin account, we LOCK it. And online banking??? Oh my God we are sinners if we dont lock it. Lock it lock it lock it. The point here is "Why lock it? Why not just leave it open?" I am sure at this juncture many of you will think I am crazy, I am nuts, I am just one step before getting admitted somewhere.. he he which is ok to think for any lay man.
The real question lying behind this whole thing is "Why cant we lock our bad natures to unlock all the rest of the world?? Think if we didnt have to mug up our email passwords, bank locker accounts, debit and credit card passwords, door locks blah blah and blah.. Hoooooffff... pretty lucrative business for lock maufactuers.
We are forgetting that we can only lock our belongings but we cannot put an end to desire in someone trying to steal it or encroach into our space..An excellent example of self monitoring is Rohtak Pass in Himachal Pradesh. I was shocked to see shops running in the open and they just cover it with a polybag at the end of the day. I was curious to know how and why.. When I checked with a local there, he said noone steals here because every person has confidence in the other and they live in brotherhood. So noone will like to make a living out of the misery of someone as that would bring bad outcomes later on. That was an amazing way of interpreting life and looking at things from a altogether different angle and perception.
Now coming to the fate of the bunch of keys - They are like the answers to the questions in life just like they are the answers to the locks. If you have noticed the locks are always bigger than the keys for the only reason that questions are always bigger than their answers. There might be a huge problem in front of you but there is always a smaller and simpler answer to solve the question. With so many questions in life to solve, we all should take the ownership to mind ourselves and reduce the number of locks in our lives. May be u guys can share as in what should be the key to lock in the TagLine????? Happy Locking..
