Hi, I brought my car from Kolkata to Hyderabad last year in October and paid life time tax in Hyderabad. I did not apply for my car registration here in Hyderabad. It has not been 1 year yet and I am moving my car permanently to my home state Ranchi, Jharkhand. Can anyone please tell me how can I apply to RTA, Hyderabad to get my road tax back? As I am moving to Jharkhand permanently within a month, I am applying to Kolkata RTO to get the NOC towards RTO, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
I checked with some agents and they say I can not get my road tax back until I get my car registered here in hyderabad!!
Please help!!!
