I'm sure we all have relished the great experience that mouthshut offers with good speed and reliability. In fact, I had scrapped Faisal about the same thing. But hang on, did I say scrap? aah, why not?
How about mouthshut bringing a raw community website (or integrating such a cool feature with the current one) that can give Orkut a run for their money?
I now think its time for MS to diversify a little to reach the vast audience in terms of width or do a lot of promos for market penetration.
The credibility that MS has earnt over the years has only been spread by word-of-mouth but not through great advertisements which I think should start happening as this is the right time to strike the iron while it's hot.
With a strong USP as an Indian-based community website, MS can cash on this only thing to win over who could be its potential competitors if it can raise its heads to the level of Facebook, MySpace and Orkut.
I think we should take advantage of Faisal being in the MS loop. We must be throwing ideas spamming his M2M Inbox so long as they are useful that can take MS beyond boundaries!
What say guys?
After all, its a lot more better than sitting at home downloading a useless torrent or sitting at coffee day venting about our managers. MS has created a great culture that makes every MS-ian feel a part of the company to be his own.
