Hi All,
I had chosen Super Air packers and movers for shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad based on sulekha reference.
Initially they told that they had offices all over India and on the day when they were packing only we got doubt about there incapability but they assured they would do the business .Initially Mukesh and rajesh came home and later its rajesh who was coordinating and done all the packing work
But while receiving we dint get 4 boxes but asked to pay the entire amount and told that they would send later but after continuous contacting mukesh used to ask me to contact rajesh who after long time dint even responded finally once he told that he has delivered and asked me to contact a number when contacted they told they were staying near shamshabad and they dont know any thing about the material recieved so after continuous contacting with rajesh he asked me to go and collect from there .that place is around 50 km from my house and when I reached there
I could see 2 boxes that were totally removed from the carton box , Initially they told that it was not mine after around 1 hour the owner of that shop confirmed In this process I lost 2 Carton boxes with value of around 40K if I purchase again.
Though I have done insurance they are again telling that they have couriered but aren't telling any address and are again playing games.
By this they don't have any offices in other places they are just sending the material in other cargo or buses and they don't even write your name clearly which makes lots of confusion when receiving and some articles they don't pack and keep it as miscellaneous.
So I request all to be very careful with this movers and packers for doing relocating
I also request Sulekha to please check the authenticity of the companies when they keep in there sites as it will affect there business
Ps They are from Haryana and while getting the deal they speak very well but after they just neglect you .I don't know if I get my insurance but definitely I dont recommend all to go with there services
