Have YOU made a difference to my life

A tiniest encouragement given to a soul is like adding a worked out muscle to a body which will give it the required energy to move on – Rajeev Kohli

Don’t worry I am not boasting of myself by writing my name at the end of this quote (though it’s my original thought ;-)), a quote which may sound silly to some…and at the same moment meaningful to many…

The only meaning behind the above quote is to thank the people who have genuinely made a difference to my life…I know many would keep this expression, of thanking others who have made a difference to one’s life, in their heart for the person they respect…they idolize…they inspire from, and many would readily agree with me too…

So I thought no other better day than today to thank the people who have made a difference in my life….just because today is here for today ONLY and it is anyways doing so many good things to me today….so I am thus making the best use of it….

Here I go…

This is to thank all the people who really have made a difference to my life and as I say this I mean each and every person from the people who brought me into this lovely world to my most recent net friend Ahmed Sidhique, the person I met few days back on FACEBOOK…I have surely learnt something or the other from each of them...

But as all the books have certain good lines or quotes to HIGHLIGHT for one to remember for the rest of his life, I have my share of those HIGHLIGHTS too which I would like to mention today…just because today is here for today only

And to show that how important these people have been in my life let me mention each and every kind soul individually:

And please for the sake of good Lord the order of the names appearing here is the order each person appeared in my life…Read on….

Mr.Purshottam & Mrs.Kewal Kohli– the two gentle souls responsible for my evolution….I thank them for making me experience what this world had to offer….for trying to guide me all these years to become a human being with values…though it was later on that The Good, The Bad and The Ugly started to feature in my life which were actually all the names which I gave to those worldly acts…

Mr.Balram Kohli – My grandfather a man of great values…intellect…wisdom…a thinker…a very good writer…a great man who time and again showed me that the best friend a person can have in life are BOOKS…its from him that these qualities of choosing words and putting them in print that I have acquired….I thank him for developing these writing skills in me…

Mr.Sanjay Kohli (Cousin)– A person who actually was responsible in my transformation from a young lad to a more matured man….he is and always will remain God sent for me…for he opened my eyes at the time when guys of my age were busy chilling out…it was he who made me realize the moral responsibilities I had towards my family and the society…I thank him for all the experience I possess today…

Mr.Ashok Anand (Cousin)– A person who is responsible for instilling those motivational values in me…like I remember the first motivational words by him to me were in 1993 after I had joined the film line and was trying to work very hard and I seldom went home in a greed not to miss a single thing at work…when he was home one day and impressed with my working behaviour and learning want…he had said keep this momentum on and never forget that “There is no alternate to hardwork” and “No shortcut to success”….after hearing it from him I have heard it thousands of time but every time I hear these quotes its only this souls face which forms like a beautiful pencil sketch in front of my eyes…I thank him too…

Mr. Taslim Khan (A dear friend)– A person totally responsible for teaching me the humor part of life…to be happy…to find a sense of humor in anything I come across in my life…all this for a simple reason that is to SMILE always because staying happy lessens your worries…this is the man who became the source of my existence in this Industry…. I thank him too…
