It is all about ‘Game that the companies play while hiring a candidate…’
Most of the people choose their jobs according to their own working perceptions, so their expectation for jobs is different.
Me and my friend were in the same institute. She gave an online test and got selected for a company in Bangalore as a Software Engg. After a few days of job she realized that she was not satisfied with what was offered to her… The work that she was doing was not meant for a S/W Engg, even a SSC and a HSC pass could do that.
She was not doing what she was told by the HR of the company…
Human resources management focuses first on providing a motivational work environment in which employees choose success… but that’s not the case with some companies I believe...
I really have a misconception regarding HR’s now. I thought HR’s were there to guide candidates and help them understand their profile and their value in the company… but now I know how wrong I was!!!
Now a days not only the companies but also the HR’s hired for the companies have become cheats… There is nothing called humanity… Its only PROFITS that the company see’s. Another thing that I would like to add is such companies while hiring look on to and follow the criteria rule as if it is a MNC. They reject candidates on the ground of their profile not matching the companies criteria. This is just useless and dumb shit on their part...
They don’t care about the candidates educational background and career.
If I were an authorized person I would sue such companies...
The most worst thing is the 1.5 years bond that my friend has signed with the company.
Such companies should be taken into notice…
Hope not all HR's are like this...
My tag line to all the companies in the world…
I will definitely pray for this COMPANY shud never get success...This company has no rights to get success by cheating others... that too cheating with the ones who are working for them... I AM SOON GONNA REVEAL THE NAME OF THE COMPANY... BE READY FOR IT...
