Vide reference Invoice No. RRIA80014900 Of 24-01-2009 for the Servicing I had had at Vansh Ford Service Center, Raipur on 24th last for my vehicle IKON-Flair amounting to Rs. 2253.00Atthe time of deposition of my vehicle I'd communicated to theVehicleReception Counter that there emanates sound from near the left door, inaddition to sudden rising of the engine speed during idling.I was told to take back the vehicle in the evening at around 06:00PM and at the time of delivery I enquired of the sound problem which persistedeven after the Servicing of the vehicle. To which The Vansh Ford Executive &the concerned Mechanic clarified that it is from the "left rearspeaker" (of the CD player) which I'd got installed from outside andthey cannot attend to it.Since the Servicing Station doesn't allow time to get satisfied as it comesto the end of day (06:00PM) and in this hectic daily schedule, peoplehardly have time to go to servicing center again on the next day.After getting it investigated locally at my residential area, it has been located that the Sound is NOT FROM THE SPEAKER, but from the rear left Shock-absorber, which is loose at its top end. Atthe time of delivery of the vehicle I even apprised of that there isExtended Warranty for the vehicle ( reference Contract No.CO-IND-0094879 valid upto 18/12/2009 from other dealer) and theCertificate was shown but their personnel at reception desk who saidthat it hardly matters and only servicing will be done and the chargeswill have to be tendered. And it seemed that the person was not pleased to know about the Warranty Contract.If this remains the observation and care at the Servicing Station of stature, it regretted to recommend others at Raipur Service Center.Iam to get the problem rectified at my residential area in smallDistrict of Madhya Pradesh, at certain charge and with local mechanic. HenceI am takingup this ill treatment and non-attention to the problem whichhas been metted at your Service Station with the manufacturer whoexecutes Extended Warranty Contract for certain charges with the FordOwners.
