If you have not heard about TVF, you are probably living under a rock. The online media startup which shot to fame for creating youth -centric content has achieved cult status in the last few years.
In a blog post written on Medium two days ago, an ex-employee woman has accused the founder of TVF, Arunabh Kumar for repeated molestation and sexual harassment. The woman has claimed that she was molested multiple times during her two-year stint with the company and could not escape from the clutches because of a signed contract
Titled'The Indian Uber- That is TVF' the blog has gone viral now and has led to an received a tremendous response from its readers. In fact, a few women have vouched for having had similar horrifying experiences with TVF CEO and also went on to write similar posts on facebook.
However, TVF has denied and disregarded all the claims made against their CEO.
When Arunabh was contacted regarding the molestation accusations made against him, he said: "If there's a remote chance that I've done any wrong, let me be persecuted". He also added "I am very parth2111icular about my behavior - I will approach a woman, but never force myself"
