Echoes of the distant rhyme…

By: xNJx | Posted Jun 08, 2010 | Heart Speaks | 1052 Views | (Updated Jun 08, 2010 12:02 AM)

There was then a child in me who slipped through the wilds to carry the stones to lessen the burden on others… The eternal beauty of the red rose shook the child in me, to seek and smell the fresh fragrance in many a way. Have you sulked the long gone good old times, my friend? The west breeze from a far-off land tugged my soul to sink and appease the apprehensive days that I did let away – far yet at sight. Poignant – for sure.

Once I knew the melody in my heart, which stayed awake motionless in a silky night surrounded by the silver haze. Alas, the mist moved along with the waft, wandering across miles to tell the dark blues in stillness. To sketch the emptiness piled up with the colors of love from a faceless land. The days and the nights tailed the long gone days, in a glint, guiding through the trail of the grand highway, to the mighty warrior who fought many wars who was, alas, left stranded in a pit dark black dusty room. Sad – for sure.

All we know is besotted tales… All we have been through is farewells… All we have tasted is the glitters of the striking ray cut up to put us in a lone surface, to taste the narrow way we had been through, to taste the unknown. Fortune – for sure.

Once I knew the voice in my soul, which shed tears for the nameless people around the globe. And the voice in me echoed the distant dreams, tied up with the pensive notes, wrapped in crystal ribbons made of white feathers. Today, the day has come. To let the spirits wander through the icy hose and sink in to strike out the shivering blues. In the end all we see is what we have been through. And before I let myself get back to the heartening days... Before I lay myself beneath the silver skies… Before I let my woes wander its way to the faceless place… Before… Ah, I’ll… I’ll traverse through them for one more time… One more time… Until the crystal dawn cuts through the rampant skies… I’ll… Ah, I’ll… for sure
