Don’t buy any product from IBERRY auxus. This is an Indian Company. I really support make in India,. but not these kind of companies which cheat people of the nation taking the advantage of make in India. Their telephone support is never answered by anyone. It always says in an Russian accent that its down for maintenance. I had purchased a product which is costly than the market price of the same specs just because I wanted to support the make in India launch of Modi. But this product of iberry Auxus one is just a crap. The screen gradually cracks down from the bottom, not sure why.may be because of heat( I mean Bangalore. ?) or may be for cold,… so just imagine if this product is in some other place. The service people refuse to give service on this. Moreover they are daring to tell customers that they don’t have the parts. ? ? ?… What a company. Shamelessly they write to us saying under warranty any company defect part to be replaced will cost Rs. 9000 which is equivalent to the cost of another phone with better specs that of any product of iberry Auxus.
