I had bought two micromax phones(1) Canvas 2(2) Canvas HD A116, now I regret not listening to my friends advice:
(1) Micromax service centers a horrible and service is pathetic, customers are not properly addressed.
(2) Further the turn around time is very lengthy further there is no guaranty the timeline will met
(3) The representatives are also very arrogant, the treat customers as their enemies the following service center is pathetic
