I was a subscriber of BSNL broadband, however due poor speed I shifted to ACT broadband, initially the service was good, speed was also fine. However after couple of months I realized ACT broadband was terrible, for various reasons which are as follows:
Every week 2 to 3 times they have maintenance issues during which you wont get service.
Customer service is nightmarish, you have to be on hold for a long time and once your call gets connected you encounter with pathetic customer reps, they have no concern for customer problems and try to give you stupid explanations, if they are not able solve your issue they put you back on IVR.
Further during breakdowns they switch of their customer service numbers and generally they send you freaky sms informing their inability to solve the problem immediately.
Apart from the above issue there many other problems.
Now I feel BSNL service is far more reliable the ACT.
