Amazon: the products are really good. And are delivered on time. If you are not satisfied you can return the product. Its personally picked up and the refund is credited to your account. In case you are requested to return the product, the courier charges are sent to you as bank pay order. Absolutely no hasstles.
Ebay: 70% of the time sub standard product or damaged product are delivered. You are really lucky if tne product is upto your expectation. Then if you ask for a refund, the communication goes on and on. They try to find some loop hole in order to refuse refund. If you are lucky and get green signal for a refund, you have to courier it however huge the product it. Once I had to courier a sofa cum bed which arrived in a damaged state. The courier chares are returned( sometimes only) in the form of voucher which you have to use to buy something from ebay within a stipulated time. Ebay is useless
Pepperfry: products are good but will be delivered much later than promised. If you have all the time in the world and is in no hurry to get your product, this place is worth buying from.
Fabfurnish: this should be banned from making business. They dont have 90% of the product that they display on tjeir website. You will get a sorry, we are unable to deliver the product message will come to you after a week or so along with a voucher for Rs. 250/- which you can redeem buying some useless product. At some point I ordered a lot and none was delivered but I ended up having lots of vouchers. You will be allowed to use one voucher only.for each order. Real con company.
