I bought 6 Usha Lexus and 2 philips CFL Bulbs from CSD bangalore . with bill. The add and the cover of these bulbs claim 6000hrs. belive me out of 6 usha Lexus 2 bulbs costing 26w= Rs 259/- each fused within 20hrs ( 10 days) and about philips out of 2 bulbs 1 is fused within 2 hrs (burst into pieces).cost 8w= Rs 120/- Already Rs 600/-went in the drain!! Funniest thing these companys never replies to ur mails. Please never buy this product. When I call the call centre of usha its a Delhi no it sounded like a reception, guy there said madam went for lunch or something strange I sent a mail no response. A peice of advise whenever u buy CFL Bulb buy it from ur nextdoor electrical shop with a bill and replacement warranty.And for sure it won't last more than a year keep the bill handy and safe. If u r living in a remote place never buy this. Usha And Philips reputed Indian Brands But pathatic after sales service disgusting.
