I feel the government of India should make a Health Website for Indian citizen to upload health details of every individual of India. .
According to my suggestion the health form must contain

Suppose a person X met with an accident on a highway .If he has his Aadhar or Pan then these two documents would be enough to track his Health details through Health website maintained by Government of India.
We are talking about Right to Information,Right to Education leaving aside a major aspect i.e Right to Live.
I feel
? Every financial year there must be an updation of health form.A new form has to be filled.One can include the addition of new members in the family .
? Through these data the Health Ministry will come to area of widespread disease &treatment sought in different areas.Selected individuals can be asked for online research for different health conditions .
? Family doctor or specific doctor must be given a call or send a mail so that proper action can be taken during emergency.
? Additionally an ambulance must be stationed in every society .
? Once the individuals who already have Life policy,Mediclaim,Personal Accident policy,Term plan comes into picture,the government can focus on the poor lot and introduce new health schemes for them.
? This suggestion will bring a lot of transparency between the patient and the hospital,patient and the Insurance company .Every future claims will be settled on time as the IRDA and the government have the details of the individuals in hand.
? This health form must contain the Bank Account details strong textthrough which the individual who needs money for emergency surgery can be provided by family members,friends or through charity.
? Those individuals who are not allowed any mediclaim must be allowed to keep 25000/-in their bank as Health Account.for eg person with Diabetes,Cancer,coma,HIV,can access his money for health checkups/medicine and consultations.
? There must be different set of codes no for Critical Diseases in the form.Many family members and friends show unkind behavior if their relative has TB,AIDS ETC.( OR HIDE CRITICAL DISEASES OPTION)
? The government through their schemes can provide Health Card to the poorer lot,those in actual need.
? This is also a suggestion for Disaster Management for Indians during flood,earthquake,railway accident,air crash or road accidents.Things would be simple to track the survivor?s health,his doctors and his relatives through the online health details which can be accessed through his Pan or Aadhar(aadhar contains his thumb impression too).
? These details should be with the Ministry Of Health &Welfare,but these details can be accessed by police,hospitals,doctors,court and IRDA.
? This step could save the government several millions of rupees.
? This suggestion will also be a boon for senior citizens,single parenting individuals,migrant workers who leave their family for work,rural folks and the citizens of India who are in need of better health infrastructure for the taxes they pay.
? In health form one can also add whether the person has a Passport /Driving License.
? Every Health Insurance Company issues a Health Cashless Card.Even Senior Citizen have their card.So I was not in favour for NEW HEALTH CARD for every citizen of India.But we can use existing resources such as AADHAR and PAN no to access our health details online.
? We the citizen of India cannot trust App based services with our health details as they charge a lot and downloading is also a major issue .
? Nowadays all Indians have a mobile,laptop with mobile data or wifi so they can visit government website and fill online health form and give the details.Remaining Indians can access from their Housing Society Offices or their work place or through Internet cafes .They could check their health details whenever they want with their Pan and Aadhar no.
? The AADHAR CENTRES can also help the poor and illiterate to fill online health details through Aadhar and Pan no.
This move will bring faster judgement for all the health,insurance,accidental related pending cases with several courts in all the states of India.
This move will reunite the missing men,women and children through their thumb impression.But for the same one needs to enroll the child into Aadhar as soon as the child completes 17 months.? This move will also stop child trafficking through all channels roadways,airways,railways and waterways after check in through thumb impression.
? Whenever a blood donor is required,we just forward the message in the hope that similar blood group individual would be reached on time.But through a government online health website the person or hospital in need of blood can flash the requirement on the Ministry of Health website.Only those individuals whose blood matches can be intimated through SMS or Email.This would save a lot of time in emergency cases.Similarly other emergency requirements like kidney,eyes or bone marrow etc can be fulfilled.
This is only a suggestion to safeguard health concerns of future generations of India.Its all upto the Government of India,Finance minister,Health Ministers,Chartered Accountants,Financial Advisors,Government hospital,Public sector banks,Consumer Redressal Forum,and the view of all the citizens of India to see the feasibility of my plan of action.
