I have an old folio with BSL. I wanted to do Sip investment online. I was disappointed as the branch of the bank which I wanted was not listed. So I called up the toll free number . The call centre staff fumbled said he will find out and gave me a ref. number.


I called up a couple of times but got the impression BSL was not interested in its investors.


I gave up the idea of SIP in BSL


In the meanwhile my brother-in-law lost his wife and being 89 years old entrusted me with his folio in BSL. He had shifted from Pune to Mumbai -Matunga and wanted his address to be changed.


I submitted the necessary documents to the BSL AMC Western Express Highway Andheri East


address on the 25 Jan 2016. Till today the address has not been changed. All I have mannaged is to collect about 8-9 reference numbers . They do not believe in complaints!


Each time I call the call centre staff is very apologetic .Like a broken record I am told the KYC


is handled by third party so it wll take 8 working days. Now three months either the KRA is not working or BSL is not working.


God protect the hard earned money of the investors entrusted to such poor administration!
