Another ezeego scam... do not book from there

I have booked a Package- FunFilled Thailand from Ezeego1.com which was scheduled on 24th Nov.


Name: Nijesh Kumar & Neha Agarwalla


We paid for a 4star hotel & believed in their services, but We were extremely dissapointed with the fact that we were provided a 2-3 star hotel in Bangkok (Grand mercure).


We were completely cheated on this front.


We have checked with the hotel receptionists & they claimed it as a 2 star hotel. Hence we are sure about it.


A bad word of mouth generated must say..completely non acceptable service.


We will definitely make sure that others dont fall prey to such tour guys...

I have also mailed them this issue.. but there is no revert from anyone of them.. While booking this travel each & every representative was super active.. But post consuming it they are DEAD..


The customer service person got in touch now after 6 months & she says that the hotel is a 4star because of the review won the site..


What does she mean by that- are we are not educated enough to know whats right and authentic.. We cannot trust the reviews of this hotel on the net. We ca only trust the merchant who is selling the service.The way we trusted on Ezeego..


As far as the Hotel is concerned, other passengers who were also with us were complaining of the same thing..


Trust me if Ezeego do not trust or listens to its customers requirements/problems, it will only loose its customers..


It will only attract grievances and dissatisfaction.


Henceforth I will definitely not consider Ezeego for any bookings nor will advice anyone to book from this site.


My purpose and belief was that we will be heard but it was all in vain.


I have no other option but to take this up seriously on court!!.


Every penny we earn & spend is most important.. we are not just CUSTOMERS


Penalty will be the best action indeed!!
