I had subscribed to Airtel Digital TV - Economy pack, about 2 years ago. Last year, I had paid total amount for services for almost one year as they offered some discount on this. in the pack. Now suddenly I came to know that they have taken few channels (like star sports/star cricket etc.) out of the pack and are asking for extra money for this.
After numourous phone calls, even to their grevience cell and Nodal office, no one is interested to solve and give solution against my complaint. I tried full day to contact their nodal office number at Kolkata and then could manage to talk to them.
They have also informed me that as per their internal policy they can take any channel off air, even if it is in the package. I would strongly recommend not to buy Airtel Digital TV
Airtel Digital TV are ditching their customers and please-please
