There is just something about kids that make them too damn cute and adorable. Their inherent nature of doing what they feel like without giving any thoughts to what the outcome would be is what makes them different from us grown-ups. I wish more adults(including me) took an example from kids rather than mocking their naive actions
Setting yet another example for us, a 7-year-old girl wrote a letter to the CEO of our favorite search engine, google. Now, she didn't write this letter to express gratitude for google's services but instead, she asked him for a job at google via the letter.
She briefed him about her interest in computer and robotics and also went on to add that she fairing good in school academically. What piqued her interest in google was google's cool working environment which includes comfy bean bags, slides, and go-karts rides. She was informed about google's work culture by her dad when asked about some cool workplaces where she could get a job
After giving him the brief, she asked him for a job at google when she would grow up. Cute, isn't it?
And Guess what?
The CEO himself replied to her with these words of encouragement "Thank you so much for your letter. I'm glad that you like robots and computers and hope that you will continue to learn about technology. I think that if you keep working hard and following your dreams, you can accomplish everything that you set your mind to - from working at Google to swimming in the Olympics. I look forward to receiving your job application when you are finished with school. All the best to you and your family," he wrote.
Her cute letter has literally put a smile on the face of the internet and everybody is talking about it. I just hope she secures a job in google when she grows up. After all, she can also use Pichai's response as a letter of recommendation
