Overall Experience was just about Ok

here is more to add to my misery. finally zoomin responded by telling me that they will arrange a pick up and communicated to me that the same has been booked by Fedex. When I called up Fedex to check about the pick up, I come to know that no pick up has been booked by zoomin, and fedex also asked f...or the booking no that was given to zoomin for booking the pick up.
