they do not update there stock so frequently. DO NOT listen to what these customer care people say. Its better take a refund and but it from somewhere else for perhaps at the same price or may be slightly more rather then waiting for 1 month and then finally not getting the phone...be wise !!

Hi guys, this is my final comment on this forum stream. I have finally GOT MY REFUND. Thanks to a Shobit Malla from times internet. He really stood by his words and did all that he could and i got my money in 4-5 days as obvoiusly there was no chance of getting the phone.
