In these times of customer acquisition and marketing capture, your pantaloons shopfloor managers have a different goals of their own. No care for customer satisfaction or may be I am asking for too much, they even get rude when an offer which should be there according to them is not working on the system and they take out the frustration on the employees and also on customer if customer demands an explanation.
