I can understand your feelings,there are some agents who are doing the business only by thinking on their view,they don't think about customers or company.They want to achieve their targets and commissions.These types of characters are marking their attendance in every where,govt ...sectors,other insurance companies,banks etc.As a company having more than 500 branches and almost more than 30000/ agents in field they can't identify these characters.So better thing to sort out this issue is that you have to meet the concerned authorities in bank or Operations dept in HDFCSLIC.I am sure that they will give you a faster resolution.In my earlier comments I used to say the claim provided to Mrs Hemant Karkare,pls don't take this matter in a serious concern,I just put an examble only by saying that brave man name(Pls don't put remarks on the basis of this name,this will be like criticizing him).I am not justifying fraud things in this company by saying like this.I am only pointing out there positive approach to deal.As a private company they are also working for profits.So they are also having high targets to achieve,but doing things like quoted in your comments is not having any justification.I am not a spokes man of HDFCSLIC.I am an ordinary man who is praying for all of you.As per your own words nobody can say that HDFC is wrong, after hearing there words only we can put a remark on this.So pls go directly to HDFC SLIC branch and kindly meet the Operations guy there to resolve your issue ASAP.Read More
