*Hope everyone's enjoying in HDFC BANK & HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. The worst experience with one's hard earned money, myself an example...These people keep on running back & forth when in need of money from customers' hard earn but once they get it they care damn about its origin...The sales people for sake of making money give customers the policy with maximum charges & so that their incentives are higher & company gets more money for its functioning & paying their employees...


*PLEASE READ BELOW HOW MYSELF AN EXAMPLE IS BEING CHEATED TILL TODAY & I'M STILL NOT GETTING MY MONEY WHILE ALL FAULTS ARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES...


I'm a Franchise of NUMERO UNO BAHRAICH (U.P), opened an account with HDFC BANK BAHRAICH, I HAD 3 ACCOUNTS & Bank people & Mr.Atif Shamim (Assistant Manager) requested me to get two more of their services...So, that they may convert me to Preferred Customer, Since Market was Very down I Planned and asked for SINGLE INVESTMENT PLAN (ULIP)So that I may get more shares, these people took a Cheque in their favour and took COPY of my D.L and told me that after they fill it once will show it to me, which they never did and booked my INR 50, 000 as yearly premium Under Regular Premium Policy (ULIP)...Whose 1st year charges around INR 22, 000 was deducted from my hard earned Rs.50, 000...


As soon as I got the policy documents, what I saw there was my FAKE SIGNATURES on the Documents which I never did...i'm a business man so..as early I was free went to HDFC Standard Life Lucknow..it was around 15 days...i gave them the policy documents with an application to cancel it under Freelook 1 & half months back Which is still not cancelled & the policy has been returned back to me...awaiting for the courier for last 10 days...The reason I get that Head Office people tried to contact me on my no# given in the application was not available even though I regularly keep in touch with their employees with the same no#, my number is active 24 Hours...i'm not even getting the courier reference no# or the courier name so I may myself check it out...


People related don't receive my calls...leaving me only option to file a case against them in IRDA & CONSUMER FORUM...Making HDFC Bank & HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. As A PARTY... Cheating Customers at all levels is the prime concern of these insurance companies and thus they make Money From CUSTOMER'S POCKET...& SHOW IN THEIR PROFIT STATEMENTS & BALANCE SHEET... How can these people expect to claim for FreeLook within 15 days of reach while they themselves cann't cancel it in around 45 days...& above all what about my benefits...my money has been invested for last 2 months...I broke my HARD EARNED Fixed Deposit...


Will I get any Benefit from the company self??? I DON'T THINK So ANY !!! Note Message for ALL please don't Go for any of the HDFC PRODUCTS as I Know a high Official *in this Co. still my Problem is not solved what to talk of people in general !!!


IT’S TOTALLY A FAKE BODY *Governed by Principles of Corruption...


*I'm still not a Preferred Customer of the BANK...rather they are deducting charges from my account 4 less balance & instead of consoling me, The Bank Manager HDFC Bahraich states that if I ask customers not to go with these HDFC Products they will do Black PR (Public Relations) against my Showroom & my products, which is a genuine Co. serving people...These people are still not sorry for their deeds....i'm adding these lines after I got a call from HDFC Manager Mr.Dheeraj Rai...


*I think the management is least bothered for its goodwill...they were only best suited for housing development which was their core business...After Diversification & bit of progress these people have forgotten ethics & now they have also forgotten their values as core business should be...instead of developing housing in our country they are breaking homes by creating financial problems for people...
