Why this issue has been marked as 'RESOLVED' , this has not been even actioned upon , As I mentioned in my comment above as well, I did reached out to grievance redressal cell as well , but they as well did not respond!!
Now this response from Star Ins is not even talking about whom to rea...ch out ...are u kidding me ?Do u want me to post my email id , phone number and Policy details here in public forum ??Not sure if Mouthshut as well endorses such step !
