Me too had similar experience. I ordered a pen drive for 220 (Rs.50 discount using coupon). The payment was successful but i didnt receive the order confirmation. as i already mentioned..product wise it is a decent car jagdish...but it is a machine and can fail at times..so..service is as important as the car..right??? open your eyes and read other reviews about punto also...

true...the filter on top of this is not working and we are not able to use this product now...i have called the customer service...but we just keep hearing the automated response for hours and no use....never ever buy this product....

Fantastic review Venkat. You are true. Almost everyone lost their money in ULIPs invested in the last year. The actual culprits are the agents who come to us and just don't tell the actual charges/expenses within a ULIP. Ofcourse, ULIPs has made good returns during the good times (sensex above 20,00...0). The agents project the returns during that time while coming to us and the poor investors beleive whatever they say and invest in it assuming he will be making double or triple after 3 years. Actually after that the sensex fell too far and people don't even get their capital invested. Another thing is that Mutual funds are also having charges. But they are hidden from the investors. But ofcourse, they are better than ULIP's. Your idea of investing in a term and enrolling for an SIP is great. Let's not fall in another ULIP cheat. Say no to ULIP. Read More

You are lucky Hareesh. I have met 4 Punto owners before writing my review and they told the same thing about service. Fiat knows it and thats why they are putting synthetic engine oil and so, the vehicle needs to be serviced only by 15,000 km.
