hi ucha, Did u cue them? I also bought same model and facing similar problem... after giving 20 calls i got finally only one engineer and he told circuit board is having some issue. sir better you ask for replacement they should replace you with new model. After tat i'm keep on calling on help li...ne and in help line always girls will pick the call and one man will give instruction from behind whatever tat guy say this girl repeat same... even i'm planning to drag them in consumer court becoz now i want only my money back... can't do this calling business through out my life.Read More

hi kapil its ankit here and i do agree with u. even i also face the same problem and u know i put the things in local media after tat only they solve my problem. thing is reliance is outsource there all services to so many comp. like there call centers there services related issue department etc et...c. so now its a gov. comp. kind of thing even when they came in market they was good no network problem nothing was there but know if you are standing next to the tower then also your mobile searching for the network. if u really want to see the proper current image of the reliance just visit any of the web world in india and see how they are talking with customers. they are always telling only one thing sir server is down. i don't know to whom they are teaching that how a server is work i think reliance is having only one server in india so its always down :) seems there on pc is i think server. poor people doesn't know the server technology. any way kapil nice post keeps it up. and try to take some more hard steps against RIM.Read More
