Thanks for suggestion. I got the issue resolved, after posting this experience on several sites and sent link to their service assurance cell. Finally someone from their, probably higher management sorted this issue.

Product is good but service is bad. Hence people can go for product, if they are not worried for services ;) Otherwise I don't recommend this product either.
