Refrain from booking with MMT Makemytrip
I tweeted to Raman Kalra - MMTs founder and CEO and on MMTs Twitter handle. Mailed MMTs customer service too. There has been no response till date from them. I guess it is a top down thing. When the top bosses do not respond, how will the culture of customer service develop!
