I have invoices for all the items and I got an Adidas fixed free of cost using the invoice. That should be good enough proof . :)

This just venting frustration and not a review. Some processes need to be followed a company cannot function on whims and fancies of Individual customers. There is lot of back end function involved with inventory management.
