Technical Support the WORST in last 3+ years

Hello Friends, Adding to my Woes - Today my last ticket# (1-xxxxxxxx444) also got closed without a technical support & I am still unable to see my favorite channels. I even missed the 5 Crore hungama in Sony (KBC) last week. Today I did approach Tata Sky helpline twice & reached so many people in...cluding supervisors (Naveen, Habib, Dileep & Jaya) but all in vain because what I got end of thee day was call from technician named Rahman who promised a visit by 5 P.M. At around 5:25 P.M. my ticket got closed again and I am still waiting for someone to help me come out of this misery. Ms. Jaya who is a supervisor in Tata Sky Helpline has assured me that the issue will be resolved by tomorrow morning so got a new service ticket for the same. Keeping my fingers crossed. :-) Tata Sky is getting on to my nerves now; I wish my building committee allows me to shift to some better DTH provider ASAP. Regards, AnimeshRead More
