I wish I had read your article before getting tickets through makemytrip.com. The worst agency I have ever dealt with. Not only do they provide poor customer service but they also steal Credit Card numbers and make fraudulent charges. I am still waiting for them to reverse the charges on my credit... for over a month now despite providing all statements and evidences that they requested.
