An update: I called the customer service guy Mr. Muhamad @ 1: pm and asked for the call back from the senior which was promised to me earlier. Mr.Muhamad said that he will arrange the call back withing next half an hour. I have waited more than 1 hour and i have not received a call back yet. Oh God!...!! i just forgot how will company that cheats customers hire genuine people to give a call back when they are asked to. Even the customer care executives are cheating.Read More
