It is been 10 days since I post this issue and pass on the required details to the Eureka Forbes , no one got back to me till now on this issue. I may have placed a call (SERVICE HELPLINE 3988 3333 & ECOMMERCE HELPLINE 022-30454001) for more than 10 times in last 15 days and to my surprise everyt...ime i speak they will assure me someone from their back end team will contact me & NONE contacted me till date with this regard. Once a service guy visited my place on 22-September-2015 on a pretext of repairing it & I asked him to pack the unit as I will not be interested in using the defective product and I had already raised a Refund request. Today I did place a call to ECOMMERCE HELPLINE 022-30454001 and upon speaking to someone he said me to write a mail to the ID : customercareofficer@eurekaforbes.com as well as he said he has escalated the issue. Hi, Yes indeed I received the phone and it is brand NEW. Indiatimes kept their promise and delivered it on time. But check out on your delivery schedule often so that you dont miss it out.
