True!! i have Onioda split ac for around 3 yrs new and never had complaint. No repairs till today and summer in chennai can get real hot. But the ac works like charm. The external fan is also silent and am really impressed. I plan to buy on more split ac and plan to goin in for onida. My decision is... more clearer basis the review of various ac's in mouthshut. Yeah: True ''Service Sucks'' but if the product runs fine who needs service. All they do is come open the unit and clean the filters of all the dust with a tooth brush which any of us can do, if we are just patient enought to spare 10 minutes every 3 months. Any way even the best products in india have ''zero service''. Anyway all these guys send trainess on free service who dont know a thing. So better if their is a repair, pay for it. My suggestions AMC is nothing but an eyewash, they come only when you call. So why waste on AMC, paid service etc.. Just buy a product which runs fine and then if at all there is a repair then just get it done.Read More
