I am facing similar problem, at the time of taking home loan they said that Home Loan Insurance is compulsory. Now after 3 years I have done Balance Transfer to another bank and they are not ready to give a surrender value. On their website they have said that it was not compulsory. Also they create... a topup loan for this insurance of 22 years, when the Bajaj Sureksha policy is just for 10 years !!. Read More

FYI I have also booked flat in same locality not with Kolte Patil, Its not garbage depo, its Solid Waste Management Plant. The plot has reservation for this and local people are opposing it. With such projects around the chances are less. Local people are asking for Water Supply facility to build up... in that reserved plot. Any ways as of April 2022 no news of any such garbage demo yet.Read More

Do not buy Reliance Broadband, as they will promise 4 Mbps and will give only 1 Mbps. You have to fight for your money and even after many fight with customer support you will not get results.
