Do not buy Reliance Broadband, as they will promise 4 Mbps and will give only 1 Mbps. You have to fight for your money and even after many fight with customer support you will not get results.
I am getting SMS from AM-RELIANCE that I have to pay Rs. 609 or else be present at the Pune Court on 31/01/2014. I am getting such SMS every day. This is pure mental harassment of customer.
I have raised the termination request on 27th October 2013. Modem etc was collected from my address 24th Jan 2014. Yesterday I have raised another complaint about the due amounts.
Complaint Number: 215612367 according to which Reliance will reply to me in 7 days, that is by 31st of Jan.
I called the phone number 9373719911 given in the SMS which I get everyday. (which they say is Reliance Legal Department) They are not ready to hear anything and did not note down the complain number.
