I would like to join few more points. - Too much of pressures on developers as resources are not joining due to bad reputation of company in India and existing developers has to face pressure. - Very less in-hand salary as compared to CTC offered.

I am employee of sears. Myself also Amit the person who wrote this review must be an HR or Alok himself. People please don't go with above review. above review is completely false. Please go and talk to employees who worked there for more than a year. they will tell you truth of inside. Don't talk t...o any HR or Manager their job is to make fool out of people. Alok Kumar is the stupid person who was main reason for collapse of Reliance in IT field. this failed person got this company as gift from his friend Timothy Kasbe who himself left sears as people of Sears US criticized him for handling company to a Idiot. Company reached its biggest failure in just 1 year any one can check fact that Online account closed as soon as it was opened due to mis management. Iteration rate is too much high as people are frustrated due to bad policies. Please if you really care about your future don't join this company. I joined this company considering it to be a inhouse for SEARS HOLDING CORPORATION but it came out to be false information. Its just an start up which will close soon. I have seen lots of really good people leaving this company due to idiotic policy of company.Read More
