I am surprised if some guys spread bad words for something which they are unable to understand. The company has grown 3 times in last two years and are undertaking very high quality work. Recently they have started another company called Metascale which is their face for external business and that s...eems to be a real great thing. These inputs sound so negative of an individual's mind that it does not merit any comment. Unfortunately I am forced to put one as the information is so untrue. It is obvious that the person is not working with the company as there is no truth to any of these things. On the contrary, we are growing ...big and expanding every month. Management is good and salaries are better than market. The truth certainly is that non performers can get frustrated as they have no where to hide and talk rubbish. There have been many vendors who have been hurt as their business was taken away by Sears India. Some frustated souls who got effected can only write such sick comments.Read More

Bad people will see only bad things everywhere and find fault with others for their own problems. The company is certainly one of the best.
