Exactly I faced the same thing .. I asked them to compensate my loss .. but they are coming out with stupid logic like if there would have been profit they would have not taken that, so if there is loss they will also not bear that.

Hi Samir, I faced almost the same issue yesterday. My order was not executing even after the strike price and I was even unable to cancel the order. So I executed another order, but still I was unable to cancel my 1st order. Later on it got executed automatically and I faced a loss of 8000 rs. I wro...te this to their support and ceo but the answer is that they agree that its their technical fault but they are unable to compensate my loss which happened due to issue in their software.
