Any buyers of Hiranandani Devanahalli on this group. VAT and ST is being collected along with the payment of the installment which is yet not approved. What is the basis of calculation of the % VAT and ST they charge.

There penalty for delayed payment is 18% and what does they paid you for the delay of 2- months .. Well what was the total delay in the project if you may highlight and was every one compensated due to the delay. Peace of mind comes before Quality.
