This is the sixth month running. It is obvious that you are using these advance payments as free loans to your organization. You are agreeing to take up jobs you can't complete as a means to get free working capital. Bad business practice.

I would consider it closed only after the amounts are refunded since none of these jobs was done. The loss due to incompetency, in the form of lost rent, was far more than the fee itself. Choose your sale/rental marketing method/agent carefully!

Brand-aid! The problem has been fixed. Happy Ending.

They took 50% of the fee(for cleaning, painting and renting out) in advance and did absolutely nothing and keep delaying refunding the advance.
