I agree, You would be one of those odd customers satisfied with Eureka Forbes in the recent times. I had a very good impression about them until they themselves ruined... it.My mother still remains a Eureka Forbes fan. I thought I was a customerwith high expectations before I read these comments. They are so True. Eureka Forbes is not the same company I knew. And when I say company, I mean the representatives who sell the products. They are the face of the organization.
