I looked around a lot before deciding to buy a car. The options were Esteem , Icon , and Indigo.
I chose indigo for the following reasons-:
1.Made in India
2.Value for Money
3.Service network .... second largest to Maruti.
Today I can proudly say that I was very right in deciding to buy the indigo.
It gives me a 16.5 Mileage. I drove it on chd highway and Jaipur highway where it gave me a mileage of 20.... isn't it awesome?!
Full points to Tata's for making this wonderful piece of art.
However, a little refining of the interiors and better behaved dealers would have added a feather to the cap.
I am bringing down the rating of Tata indigo today
I wonder if their SPOIL YOURSELF branding is spoiling their image.
wake up Tata Motors .. people are not going to buy your product if you are insensitive to the customer service.
6 months down the line, my ''Bridgestone'' tyres developed a crack and .I reported the same to ASL Motors in jamshedpur ... because the car was driven from Delhi to Jamshedpur.
The dealers' insensitivity towards getting the issue resolved is a major concern.It has been more tham 15 days now that I am running from pillar to post . have made them at leat 20 phone calls and they seem to be least bothered about it.
Of course they have a long list of explanations with them.... the guy who is supposed to inspect ... has not been coming for a month.... etc etc...
Come on ..... which world are you guys living in?? I wonder. hen I bought this car I was really proud of it.I still am. But the service network sucks.
You might be making great products but if it is not backed by proper service it is all useless. Imagine my condition.I am driving around with a broken tyre and I don't know when I will create issues and I will be completely stranded on the road.
ASL motors Works manager has agreed that he has been receiving a lot of complains about the ''Bridgestone tyres''.
So all you guys who are planning to buy a tata Indigo/Indica.
The least that u can do at the moment is to refrain from buying the car with bridgestone tyres.the whole lot of bridgestone has got issues.Looks like.
