Thanks, nilay with my previous bad experience with aquaguard service I was in two minds whether to buy this product or not. Again Annual maintanence 5000 for a 22000 product that's a daylight robbery. Annual maintanence of my 10 lac car is around 5000. And now with your feedback its bye bye for aqua...guard forever.

If the aircraft misses the departure slot for takeoff, then a lot of processes has to followed again, the ATC has to be informed, all the related managers, staff on duty all have to informed. The next available slot for takeoff is possible only if some other aircraft is delayed, in a city like Chenn...ai there is takeoff and landing every 4 to 5 minutes. The next available slot may be available after 1 to 2 hours. Imagine the inconvenience for more then 100 passengers, not sensible. Again those passengers inside the aircraft were from Chennai, infact many must have come from distant villages after many hours of travelling, if they made in time, I don't understand why you left so late.
I think the commercial staff tool the right decision, if the fligt was delayed the other passengers would have cursed the airline just like you are doing.

There is not a single builder in Bangalore that has given the project on time, prestige, purvankara, nitesh, shobha all are delaying the projects by atleast 2 to 3 years. Projects are completed as per their sale progress, if a project is not selling its going to get delayed, so if somebody is to be ...blamed its only you took the decision to invest in this project.

Hi sharad, iam from mumbai, the prices in the nearbly villages around mumbai starts from 4000/-. Do i need comment on your 4000/- question from this project. People from mumbai will give a arm and a leg to stay in such projects in mumbai. But due to space crunch its practically impossible.
Havi...ng said that i was not at all impressed by the construction quality on the building otherwise the overall concept of the project is world class, especially the clubhouse area its as big as a stadium or racecourse.
Back of the mind there is always this fear of one of the building collapse in this project. Prestige is a wonderful builder but something is not right with this project construction may be the engineers are to be blamed.
Iam very much interested in this project and will buy at any price, but only if some third party reputed engineering company certifies the quality of this constructions.

Team puravankara you should be ashamed of yourself, there are so many people complaining about your pathetic service and delayed projects. Looting customers in name of penalty for delayed payments. How many customers have you compensated on delay from your side, you have been constructing purva vene...zia since dinosaur times. Why hiranandani always builds on disputed land. His construction in powai and thane both are on disputed land. In powai the goverment has given 200 acres plus land to hirandani to build 1bhk low cost housing for middle class. But he cheated the goverment and made high end luxury 3/4/5 bhk apartment ...for millionaries. This is cheating and loot of goverment (people's) property. The goverment is not taking action because lot of money must have gone to ministers kitty, if action is taken many worrms will come from the can. This is just like the 2G scam.
Again the 200 plus acres land in thane is forest land, but somehow even that is being supressed. One thing is for sure this guy has a lot minister in his pocket.
I won't be surprised even if the devanhalli land is disputed.

Agree with menon, first version always has lot of flaws which comes out in real road conditions. Always buy the 2 or 3 rd version.

Drjake what is kiran is saying very true, imagine you take your tough fiat car to goa, it breaks down, will you tow you car 1000 km to cochin just because good fiat mechanics are in cochin. what are you saying.
