Prestige Shantiniketan developed by prestige estates builder near ITPL was supposed to be completed in 2008 july but still posession is not given to 75% of teh residents. It was launched in Md 2005 and still in 2011 work is going on which is pathetic in quality.
Above all this the compensation for over two and half years delay is not being given by builder. They dont respond to n number of mails or calls or legal notice as well. &5% of the flats are not complete dyet. From outside things are whitewashed but from isnide it is horrible.
Walls and ceilings are not evenly finsihed, Staircases are dirty with cements spill all over the satirs and the side supports. It sonly the club house which has been done good to attract buyers. Still BESCOM and BWSSB connection is not given more than 18 towers out of 24 towers. There is alwasy lot of noise on weekdays as only about 400-500 have occupied and remaining 2500 fllats are to be occupied. There is always lot of drilling work and hammerring goign on in this unoccupied flats. So beware of these disturbances before buying as I am suffering now due to all this.
There are hell lot of problems on leakages from alomost all taps so one has to be veyr careful while taking possession not to ruin their wood furnishings.
On all grounds ethically to compensate for delay, morally to finsih good quality for delayed project and most of all the premium cost they took compared to a local builder who is giving better quality now a days, they have failed in all areas in prestige shantiniketan project.
