I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY GN100D SERVICED SINCE LAST 3 YEARS AS CD DOES NOT WORK CASSETTES DOES NOT WORK . EVERY TIME YOU CALL THE SERVICE SATTION THEY HAVE A STD ANSWER THE SYSTEM IS VERY OLD SONY NOMORE MAKES THE SPARE PARTS. PATHETIC INDEED
