3rd rate service. poor product. careless. frustrating to buy diet 50 cooler. Contacted several times for the faulty design of diet50, since it slips from castors and topples when filled with water. Several phone clls, emails, but all in vain. very noisy useless product. it is so noisy that you have no option but for listening to the cooler, it has extremely poor cooling. At times it throws water directly alongwith air. company guy while contacted says it is obvious that the castors fail while loaded, what a discovery indeed!. Think hunderd times before you go for such a product.
