Hello Ashtek! I haven't used the product much. As long as I used, it was just okay.Yeah, I returned the product, but since I didn't need one anymore, I didn't go for another Purifier. My suggestion is, don't believe the 'adjustment offers' these salesmen offer. They say all kinds of lies to reach... their targets. You better walk into a showroom and buy one.Read More

Hi, They have finally resolved my issue. They took back the Product and returned the Advance and the Cheques well before the time they asked. A lesson well learnt at the cost of some mental agony and Rs.50. As I've always been saying, the people at the higher level were prompt in attending to ...my problem. Its only those down the hierarchy who are spoiling the name of EF. Unless they revamp the whole system, things will get worse. They are doing a great job creating a Corporate Blog and reviewing our issues and resolving them promptly. Hope people will be more careful dealing with these salesmen. Hello, Mr.Narayanrs had commented as to how I shelled out Rs.10000 without even knowing about the product. That was the confidence I had is EF. My parents had purchased a vacuum cleaner more than 10 years back from EF, and the executive’s attitude and after-sales service were satisfactory then. ... Based on the presumption that EF would still be keeping up that same quality of service, did I trusted this guy. I still regard your products to be one of the best, but on seeing these blogs and after experiencing it myself, I see that the service during and after sales is so poor that it will be a huge black mark among consumers... Its commendable to see that you have opened a corporate blog to help aggrieved customers like me. It again shows that everything from EF is good except the service of salesmen and the service technicians. I think its time for you to do a massive over-hauling of your lower end system that directly meets the consumer. THIS is my honest feedback to you. I spoke to a manager about 3 days back, and he promised to take back the product and resolve the issue within 3 days. But I haven’t heard from him yet. I have sent you my contact details and the names of the manager and the guy who sold me the product.
